The NBA Slam Dunk Contest may not have the appeal it did at its peak, but Mac McClung of the Orlando Magic is doing his best to bring some of that back.
He entered Saturday as the reigning back-to-back winner of the competition, and he really raised the bar with his first-round dunk.
He did so by jumping over a car.
Not only by jumping over a car, but by also jumping over the highest part of the car and grabbing the basketball out of the hands of a person that was sticking out of the sunroof.
If that description sounds insane, it is because it is insane. But it is also exactly what happened.
