Four-star CB Jorden Edmonds pushes back decision date

Four-star CB Jorden Edmonds pushes back decision date

One of the nation’s best cornerbacks was aiming to make his college decision this week.

There has since been a change of plans.

Four-star CB Jorden Edmonds is no longer set to reveal his college commitment on his birthday — February 19 — as previously planned, he tells Rivals. Instead, Rivals’ No. 6-rated CB out of Marietta (Ga.) Sprayberry has put his decision on hold — with no date set just yet for his reveal.

Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, and Tennessee are finalists for Edmonds, the No. 74 overall player in the Rivals250 for the 2026 recruiting cycle.

The touted cornerback was in Athens and back to Alabama in the past month for unofficial visits. The Rivals FutureCast favored the Crimson Tide leading into Edmonds’ previously scheduled commitment date.
