The Minnesota Vikings may have the best wide receiver in the NFL right now, and that’s a lot to say.
Justin Jefferson is the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history, and while it’s just a matter of time before that changes, he is still considered the top dog in the passing game until proven otherwise.
Jefferson is on pace to break many records in the Vikings’ history books.
If you consider that this is the same team that had the likes of Cris Carter and Randy Moss for years, that’s no small feat.
That’s why Carter is a big fan of his, even if he takes down his marks.
Talking to Kay Adams on her “Up & Adams” show, he claimed that Jefferson reminded him of Larry Fitzgerald, although he’s a little flashier.
“[Justin Jefferson] reminds me of a different version of Larry Fitzgerald… He’s a little flashier but authentic.”

The Vikings shocked the world last season.
Not many people thought they would be a good team without Kirk Cousins, much less make the playoffs with Sam Darnold.
And while the final outcome was quite heartbreaking, they still proved that they have a strong foundation to build around and could and should be a competitive team for years to come.
Darnold will most likely be on his way out and sign a big-money deal with another team in free agency.
It will now be J.J. McCarthy’s turn to take the reins of the offense.
Then again, Jefferson has already shown that he can thrive regardless of who’s behind center, and having such a big weapon will make life easier for their star rookie.
