What a difference a year makes.
The Detroit Pistons racked up another special win on Monday night, beating the Los Angeles Clippers 106-97 and bringing their season total to 32-26.
They have now won seven games in a row, and, according to the NBA on X, that is their longest winning streak since the 2014-15 season.
Led by Cade Cunningham’s 32 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, and three steals, the Pistons looked great on Monday night, and the fans came out to support them.
🏀 MONDAY’S FINAL SCORES 🏀
Cade Cunningham scores 32 PTS to lead the @DetroitPistons to their 7th straight win, tying their longest winning streak since the 2014-15 season!

Most of the compliments online were all about Cunningham.
That makes a ton of sense because the 23-year-old star, who earned his first All-Star appearance this year, is averaging 25.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 9.5 assists per game on 46.0 percent from the field.
He wasn’t alone on Monday, as Tobias Harris scored 20 points and five rebounds and Jalen Duren put up 12 points and a whopping 19 rebounds.

People finally see the light at the end of the tunnel for the Pistons now.
Last season, they had the worst record in the league and one of the worst records in NBA history.
They went 14-68 and looked atrocious, but this year they are completely different and play like a totally transformed team.
Pistons keep rolling! 🔥🏀 Cade leading the charge—what a streak! 👏💪”

Cade is HIM. 32-9-7-3 with 4 threes? Leading the Pistons to their longest streak since 2014-15? The franchise guy is cooking. 🚀 #DetroitBasketball

Over the last few weeks, the Pistons have defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, Charlotte Hornets, Chicago Bulls (twice), San Antonio Spurs, Atlanta Hawks, and now the Clippers.
Their next game will be a huge challenge, however.
They are facing off against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, followed by the Denver Nuggets on Friday.
If they can beat the Celtics, their winning streak will be even more impressive, and last year will feel more like a memory.
The Pistons are currently the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference.
