The Dallas Mavericks came to Los Angeles on Tuesday to battle the Lakers, and everyone was paying close attention to Luka Doncic.
This was Doncic’s first game against his former squad, and he was friendly with most of his one-time teammates.
But he didn’t seem to pay much attention at all to Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison.
In fact, a video shared by Arash Markazi via Legion Hoops featured Doncic warming up on the court before the game and not even glancing in Harrison’s direction.
He also took a moment to do some pushups, which perhaps could have been a slight dig at Harrison’s alleged comments about Doncic’s weight and conditioning.

When the Doncic trade happened, everyone wondered why the Mavericks gave up such a massive talent.
Leaks from inside the Mavericks organization made it clear that Harrison and his staff in the front office were unhappy about a potential max contract deal.
Harrison was also reportedly displeased by how Doncic takes care of his body and how he is seemingly out of shape at times.
All of that led to Harrison sending Doncic to the Lakers.
There have been comments about Doncic’s physical conditioning over the years, but was the problem serious enough to commit such a jaw-dropping trade?
A lot of people feel that Harrison should have done much more before the trade, such as hiring new nutritionists and trainers.
Instead, the Mavericks lost their biggest star and the Lakers gained a new future.
Doncic hasn’t gone into great detail about the trade but he has said he was shocked and seemed upset by how it all went down.
So these pushups and the way he ignored Harrison may have signified what he really feels about his former GM.
