Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic continues to establish himself as one of the best passing big men in NBA history.
On Monday night, he posted a career-high 19 assists to go with 18 points and nine rebounds in a 125-116 win over the Pacers. Jokic is the first center since Wilt Chamberlain to dish out that many assists in a single game, and his 28 games with more than 15 assists are the most by a non-guard, according to ESPN.
When asked about his passing game, Jokic said after the game simply that “an assist makes two people happy.”
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Jokic may lose out to Oklahoma City’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in his campaign for a fourth NBA Most Valuable Player Award, but he’s still one of the most dominant offensive forces in The Association.
