The Boston Bruins have signed forward Tyler Pitlick to a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000 at the NHL level, the team announced Thursday.
Pitlick, 33, has spent the 2024-25 season playing for the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League.
In 43 outings with the AHL club, Pitlick has 16 goals and 17 assists with a plus-17 rating.
He last suited up for NHL action in he 2023-24 season while playing with the New York Rangers. He had one goal and three assists in 34 games.
Since being selected 31st overall in the second round of the 2010 NHL Draft by the Edmonton Oilers, the Minneapolis native has tallied 56 goals and 53 assists over 420 NHL games.
