Naturally, Rain or Shine will now have to move on without Deon Thompson for the upcoming Philippine Cup but the American-Ivorian import won’t be leaving the squad without some added fuel.

“I think they’ll be great. They have speed and they are talented,” said Thompson with Inquirer Sports after the 97-92 loss at the hands of TNT in Game 5 of the semifinals at Araneta Coliseum on Friday.
