The Sacramento Kings may not have achieved all they wanted this season, but big man Domantas Sabonis has once again been stellar.
According to NBA.com/Stats, Sabonis has now led the league in double-doubles for three straight seasons.
He is one of five players ever and one of just two since 2000-01 to achieve this, joining Wilt Chamberlain, Moses Malone, Kevin Garnett, and George Mikan.
The Kings are now on the verge of their most important game of the season, so what can Sabonis do during it?

This season, Sabonis averaged 19.1 points and 13.9 rebounds.
Last year, it was 19.4 points and 13.7 rebounds, and the season before was 19.1 points and 12.3 rebounds.
This is also Sabonis’ third consecutive season leading the league in rebounds, and he also had the most offensive rebounds this year.
Simply put, Sabonis has been a beast for the Kings this season, but he’s not done fighting just yet.
Sacramento is now in the Play-In Tournament and has to battle the Dallas Mavericks to keep their season alive.
If they win, they will participate in the second Play-In game, but their year is over if they lose.
Sabonis has done well against many big men in the league all season, but now he will have to face off against Anthony Davis, who has been sensational for the Mavericks.
This will be a large challenge, but Sabonis has shown he’s capable of taking it on.
This season has been unpredictable for the Kings, but Sabonis has been steadfast and reliable.
Without him, they wouldn’t even be in the Play-In, and now they need him to keep playing well so they can attempt to reach the postseason.
