The Golden State Warriors are going back to the playoffs.

The Warriors secured their spot in the postseason on Tuesday when they took down the Memphis Grizzlies in the Play-In Tournament, which means they are now poised to battle the Houston Rockets in the opening round.

Following the game, Curry spoke with 95.7 The Game and the press about how it feels to be going back to the playoffs.

He is ready to return and won’t take any of it for granted.

“It’s easy to not take it for granted because we weren’t there last year,” Curry said.

The Warriors shockingly didn’t even make the playoffs last year, and there were moments this season when it seemed like that could happen again.

Golden State has definitely faced some serious problems this year, but the team has been looking a lot better over the last several months.

The addition of Jimmy Butler has helped them in huge ways, and he has worked seamlessly into the rotation.

He’s just one of the reasons why the team is doing better, although they still have room to grow.

The Warriors had to fight to get to this point, and now Curry and his teammates have every intention of continuing to play their hearts out.

The Warriors have been a playoff mainstay for more than a decade, and it always feels odd not to see them in the postseason.

They aren’t as high in the standings as they would like, but they have repeatedly reminded people that they should never be counted out.

Even though they are the seventh seed playing the second seed, there is still a chance they could upset.

Their years of postseason experience and multiple championships prove that they are a true force when they get to this stage.
