Aaron Donald was a force to be reckoned with from the moment he entered the NFL.
Opposing teams were terrified to face off against him, as he wreaked havoc against offensive lines with his combination of speed, strength, and athleticism.
Donald moved quicker than anyone could have expected for someone of his size and overall stature, and his shiftiness made it nearly impossible to figure out what his next moves would be.
His retirement was a sad day for Los Angeles Rams fans, as he meant so much, not only to the team but also to the community.
While Donald isn’t playing in the NFL anymore, it doesn’t mean that he’s gotten out of shape or is less athletic than he once was.
He might be in better shape now from a strength perspective, as Dov Kleiman shared a video of him chest-pressing 130-pound dumbbells, an exercise that looked like it was nothing for Donald.
Insane: The legendary Aaron Donald is looking like he’s in the best shape of his life…👀
Somehow chest pressing 130-POUND dumbbells without breaking a sweat.

While this video isn’t a clear sign that Donald is coming back, or wants to come back to the league, it makes fans wonder if he’s considering it, at least, and if he’ll want to return to the Rams.
Playing in the NFL takes a tremendous toll on a player’s body, and it’s unclear if Donald wants to put himself through that stress and turmoil for another year.
For now, people are just in awe of his strength and overall abilities, admiring what he’s still able to do at 33 years old.
