Butler was traded to the Warriors in February after a very public breakup with the Miami Heat.
Since moving to Golden State, he has averaged 17.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game.
He has helped the team get in a much better position and now they are true playoff contenders after many people wrote them off earlier in the year.
Curry has had multiple great second options throughout his career and Butler is carving out a special relationship with him.
They work marvelously together, and Butler also adds a high level of intense defense for the team.
Some people doubted how hard Butler would play after his move to the Warriors.
Certain fans even wondered if he would be washed up and past his prime, due to how things fell apart with the Heat.
That clearly isn’t the case, and Butler is playing like someone who has something to prove.
The Warriors have stolen the first game in this series, and they hope to keep it up.
Butler has been fierce since coming to the Warriors, so everyone expects him to keep performing like this.
