The Cleveland Cavaliers dominated their way through the regular season to the top seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs, and picked right up where the left off in Game 1 of the first round against the Miami Heat.
Donovan Mitchell led the way with 30 points on an efficient 11-for-19 shooting while Darius Garland added another 27 in the 121-100 victory to take a 1-0 series lead.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Game 1 of a playoff series is a chance to set the tone for the rest of the games to come, and some players in NBA history have been better than setting that tone than most. How many of the 38 NBA players with five or more 30-point Game 1’s in their career can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
