Nestle India announces Rs 10 final dividend. Check record date, other details


FMCG major Nestle India, while announcing its results for the fourth quarter ended March 2025, declared a final dividend of Rs 10 per share for its eligible shareholders, and has fixed July 4 as the record date for determining the eligibility.

“Furnished below is the Record Date as per the prescribed format, for determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if any, as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 24th April 2025, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 66th Annual General Meeting: 4 th July 2025: Record Date for determining entitlement of the members to the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if any, subject to approval of members,” the company said in an exchange filing.

The said dividend will be paid to the shareholders on and from July 24, 2025.

Nestle India dividend history

Over the last 12 months, Nestle India has announced an equity dividend of Rs 25.50 per share. Based on a share price of Rs 2,456.90, this translates to a dividend yield of 1.04%, as per data from Trendlyne.

Nestle India Q4 results

Maggi-maker Nestle India on Thursday reported a 5.2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in standalone net profit to Rs 885 crore for the March quarter, while revenue from operations rose 4.5% YoY to Rs 5,504 crore. Both figures came in slightly above Street estimates.

The total sales and domestic sales for the quarter increased by 3.7% and 4.2%, respectively, with the company saying that the domestic sales growth was broad-based.
