Texas Rangers third baseman Josh Jung and his younger brother, Detroit Tigers third baseman Jace, certainly gave their mother an unforgettable Mother’s Day.
On Sunday, the Detroit Tigers hosted the Texas Rangers in the third game of their three-game series. Mary Jung, the mother of the third basemen, attended the game. Citing MLB Research, Sarah Langs of MLB.com shared that they’re the seventh pair of brothers to play against each other on Mother’s Day in the last 45 years.
Before the game started, she delivered the first pitch wearing a custom uniform featuring both of her sons, and they joined her on the mound.
