MANILA, Philippines — The Seoul SK Knights lived to fight another day, spoiling Carl Tamayo and the Changwon LG Sakers’ championship plans anew, 86-56, in Game 5 of the Korean Basketball League (KBL) Finals on Tuesday at Jamsil Student Gymnasium.
For the second straight game, Seoul limited Tamayo’s scoring production as the Filipino forward was held to just eight points on another abysmal offensive outing. Tamayo, though, had six rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
