Brandin Podziemski of the Golden State Warriors might not be known by every single sports fan, but he wants that to change.
According to a recent quote from Podziemski, shared by NBACentral on X, he has his sights set on becoming an All-Star, and even more.
“I want to be an All-Star — as soon as I can be — whether that’s with Steph and them here, or it’s when they’re done. I want to do that. I want to be an Olympian in 2028 — definitely something I have my sights on. And I just want to be a household name, somewhere where it can be me and a bunch of other guys winning a championship. That’d be kind of ideal for me,” Podziemski said.

Those are some lofty goals, so are they attainable?
Podziemski posted an average of 11.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game during the 2024-25 season.
He earned a lot of time on the floor, participating for 26.8 minutes per game.
The Warriors still belong to Steph Curry, but some people believe that Podziemski could be a huge part of the generation that runs the team once Curry retires.
Podziemski not only wants to be an All-Star and represent the best of the league, but he also wants to play on behalf of America in the 2028 Olympics.
There may be an opening for him because some stars, such as LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Kevin Durant, may have all played their last Olympics.
If Podziemski wants to make that happen, he will have to keep playing well and working hard and showing the Warriors what he is capable of.
What will next season be like for Podziemski, and will it set the stage for an All-Star appearance and trip to the Olympics in a few years?
