When people talk about the Indiana Pacers, they usually discuss Tyrese Haliburton and his trademark buzzer-beater shots.
While Haliburton and his amazing shooting are a huge part of the team, there is more to the Pacers than that.
In fact, there are several stars playing magnificently during the playoffs.
According to StatMuse, Pascal Siakam joined a very exclusive club on Thursday night.
He is now one of just two players to average 25+ points on a 65 percent or more field goal percentage in Game 1 of the Finals.
The only other player to do this was Shaquille O’Neal.
That is quite the group to be a part of.

On Thursday, Siakam put up 19 points and 10 rebounds on the way to his team’s 111-110 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
However, fans remember a few years ago when Siakam was part of the Toronto Raptors during their Finals run.
In Game 1 of that series against the Golden State Warriors, Siakam produced 32 points and 8 rebounds.
Siakam has been on fire lately and was recently named Eastern Conference Finals MVP.
He is one of the many reasons why the Pacers are in this position and could end up becoming champions.
If that happens, Siakam will be a two-time champ and could be in the running for Finals MVP.
He has the ability to step up when his team needs him most.
On the biggest stage and under the brightest lights, Siakam is again playing expertly and is doing all he can to help his team.
His numbers are reflecting just how special and important he is to this Pacers crew.
