The Milwaukee Bucks could be keeping or losing Giannis Antetokounmpo this summer, but that might not be the only change they experience.
As noted by Jake Weinbach on X, the Bucks now seem “comfortable” letting go of big man Brook Lopez, who could walk away in free agency.
“It’s looking more and more likely that Lopez will have a new home next season after an outstanding seven-year stint in Milwaukee,” Weinbach said.

Lopez has been with the Bucks for seven seasons and averaged 13.0 points and 5.2 rebounds during that time.
Before that, he played for the Los Angeles Lakers and Brooklyn Nets.
Could he return to either of those teams in the summer, or will he head somewhere else?
Lopez has been a vital part of the team for a long time, but they are ready to move on and don’t want to offer him another deal when their focus is elsewhere.
They still need a presence like his in the paint and on the frontcourt, so how will the Bucks replace Lopez?
Lopez is 37 years old, which means he is getting closer to the end of his career.
But even at his age, he was able to play in 80 games last season, which means he isn’t done yet.
He could be attractive to multiple teams, but it’s not clear which one will offer him a contract.
Is this the biggest change the Bucks will go through during the offseason, or are others on the horizon too?
This could be a very pivotal few months for Milwaukee.
