What Could Happen in Sara – Woman in the Shadows Season 2?
The Italian crime drama centres on Sara, a retired intelligence operative who lives a pretty isolated life haunted by her fractured relationship with her estranged son Giorgio. She also happens to have an incredible ability for lip reading.
When Giorgio dies under mysterious circumstances that authorities dismiss as a tragic accident, Sara refuses to accept the official narrative. Instead, she reconnects with a former colleague and a skeptical detective to get to the bottom of the mystery.
Her decisions leads to her plunging back into the world she once left behind to learn more about her son’s final days. As she digs deeper, she uncovers a sinister network of political corruption, cover-ups, and hidden alliances. It all smells like a big conspiracy.
By the end of the sixth episode, the main storylines conclude in a satisfying manner. However, there’s still corruption to deal with. That’s something Sara might decide to tackle, if she gets the chance.
Sara – Woman in the Shadows Season 2 might be about the continuing quest for justice. Since the show is based on a book series, we can totally see that happening.
