Kate Bowling appointed Director of Creative at The Core Entertainment


Kate Bowling has been appointed Director of Creative at The Core Entertainment, which operates across management, label, and publishing.

In this new role, Bowling will lead “all visual branding and creative direction across The Core Entertainment, overseeing everything from photo shoots and music videos to digital content and long-term creative strategy.”

She will work closely with The Core’s roster of artists, which includes Bailey Zimmerman, Nate Smith, Josh Ross, Hannah McFarland and Nickelback.

Bowling will report to Jamie Younger, VP of Artist Development, and will be based in The Core’s Nashville offices.

Bowling joins The Core from Warner Music Nashville, where she was involved in the visual direction for Bailey Zimmerman’s debut album, Religiously. The Album.

While at Warner, she also directed music videos and served as creative director for album artwork across multiple projects across The Core’s roster, including Ashley McBryde, Avery Anna, Bailey Zimmerman, Braxton Keith, The Castellows and Redferrin.

According to the company, Bowling’s appointment marks “a strategic next step in The Core’s evolution as it continues to build a fully integrated creative ecosystem for its artists.”

Chief Zaruk and Simon Tikhman launched their company in partnership with Live Nation in 2019. TCE also develops film and television projects, and works with professional athletes. It also operates an investment arm called TCE Ventures.
