Laurie Daley and Billy Slater have stuck solid with the teams announced with no late changes to their line-ups for the second State of Origin match at Perth’s Optus Stadium.
Both teams will go into the crucial showdown 1-17 with Matt Burton (NSW) and Ezra Mam (Queensland) the extra game-day reserves on the bench.
Cameron Munster takes over as captain for Queensland and Tom Dearden is the new halfback after Daly Cherry-Evans was dropped.
There had been speculation that Harry Grant would be relegated to the bench with Kurt Mann and Patrick Carrigan to be elevated to the starting side with Trent Loeiro also going back to the interchange.
However, Slater has gone with the selected team.
Jarome Luai was rushed into Blues camp last week after Mitchell Moses went down at training with a calf injury.
Bench prop Stefano Utoikamanu is the only other change to the team from game one after Mitchell Barnett tore his ACL while playing for the Warriors.
Max King has been moved into the run-on side.
