

Capital1 Solar Spikers’ latest recruits led by Jerrili Malabanan ahead of the new PVL Conference.
VIGAN, Ilocos Sur — Capital1 bolstered its roster, signing five free agents, including the returning Jerrili Malabanan, ahead of the 2025 PVL On Tour.
After drafting Bella Belen with their first overall pick, the Solar Spikers are on a recruiting spree, tapping Malabanan, Rachel Austero, KC Galdones, Nikka Yandoc, and Ypril Tapia.

Malabanan is coming off a two-year hiatus since she last played for Cignal.
The former Far Eastern University standout is playing for a program built by coach Roger Gorayeb, who brought out the best in her and won a title with BaliPure in 2017.
Capital1 is now handled by Alas Pilipinas coach Jorge Souza De Brito, who will inherit a formidable spiker rotation in Belen, Leila Cruz, Malabanan, Shola Alvarez, Jorelle Singh, and Trisha Genesis.

Austero from PLDT and Galdones from Petro Gazz are bolstering the frontline with Julia Ipac and Sydney Niegos and second round pick Pia Abbu and third-rounder Ivy Aquino.
The Solar Spikers also added young guns in Tapia and Yandoc from ZUS Coffee to reinforce with young libero Roma Mae Doromal.
Capital1 kicks off its PVL on Tour campaign against Creamline on Sunday and Cignal on Monday at Chavit Coliseum.
