The NBA draft is just days away, and teams are figuring out which young prospects they want to add to their rosters.
Ace Bailey has been getting a lot of attention, and not all of it has been positive.
Speaking on ESPN, Brian Windhorst summed him up as “dangerous” because he could go either way, and might end up being a huge asset or a huge detriment to his future team.
“Every year there is a dangerous prospect in the draft, at least one. [Ace Bailey]’s a dangerous prospect because he’s obviously incredibly talented. You draft him, it could be a grand slam. You pass on him, and somebody else drafts him, you might have it all over your face,” Windhorst said.

Windhorst predicted that the team taking Bailey will be one that has a general manager with a very safe job.
That’s because Bailey is still considered a risk.
Because he hasn’t worked out with any teams, and due to the concerns about his style, there are many question marks about him.
Will he pan out like fans hope, and will he be able to adjust to the NBA and become a rookie sensation right away?
Or will he be one of those talents who come up short once he’s playing professionally and just can’t cut it?
Bailey might be one of the best rookies of the year and someone who plays well for years to come, but there is also a chance that he just doesn’t work.
The fact that people are still so unsure says a lot about him.
Someone is going to take a chance on Bailey, and they will be praised or ridiculed in a few years.
He has quickly become a name to watch in next week’s draft.
