The Toronto Raptors continued to add talent on the defensive end as the 2025 NBA draft came to a close.
Hepburn, the reigning ACC Defensive Player of the Year, led his conference with 2.4 steals per game in 2024-25, while helping the Cardinals with his scoring and facilitating ability on the offensive end.
The six-foot-two standout averaged 16.4 points, 5.8 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game for Louisville in his senior year, starting all 34 of the school’s games.
Hepburn transferred to Louisville after spending three seasons in the Big Ten with Wisconsin, where he was a member of the starting five each year.
