A Ball brother is on his way to Cleveland.
Ball, after missing two seasons recovering from knee injuries, made his return to the court in the 2024-25 season but only managed to suit up for 35 games.
In his short stint back on the hardwood, the 27-year-old averaged 7.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.3 steals per game while shooting 34.4 per cent from three-point range.
Originally drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers second overall in 2017, Ball has had an up-and-down career as he has struggled to stay healthy. The last time he played more than 60 games in a season was in the 2019-20 campaign while with the New Orleans Pelicans.
He has been with the Bulls since the 2021-22 campaign but has only managed to play 70 regular-season games with the side.
Okoro, 24, struggled in a mostly bench role last season, averaging career lows in points (6.1), rebounds (2.4), steals (0.6), minutes (19.1) and games played (55).
He was drafted by the Cavaliers fifth overall at the 2020 NBA Draft.
