MANILA, Philippines—Kiefer Ravena recently found himself in elite company as one of only 20 athletes invited to a high-profile summit organized by a popular shoe brand held in Athens, Greece.

The Filipino guard was among a select group of sports figures brought together for the “Board of Greatness” event hosted by Jordan Brand.

Ravena, who recently signed a contract extension with the Yokohama B-Corsairs in Japan’s B.League, shared his experience through a series of Instagram posts.

“What a time to be alive,” wrote Ravena in an Instagram story alongside a picture of him with Michael Jordan during the event.

Jordan wasn’t the only legend that the Ateneo product interacted with. Ravena also linked up with basketball royalty in the forms of Carmelo Anthony, Rip Hamilton and Mike Bibby, to name a few.

Current NBA stars like Los Angeles Lakers’ Luka Doncic and Rui Hachimura, Miami’s Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Bam Adebayo, New Orleans’ Zion Williamson and Orlando’s Paolo Banchero were also present.

Also in attendance were NFL star Jalen Hurts, Tristan Thompson and Bruce Brown.

The former NLEX standout also poked fun at his elite photo opportunity with some of the brand’s athletes.

“‘Nak, punta ka dun w your friends, angas face (Son, go take a picture with your friends with your fierce expression.),” he wrote.

His participation in the event came just a month after tying the knot with longtime partner Diana Mackey.
