Symphonic Distribution has hired a team of A&R Client Development Leads to expand its presence in Europe.
The new hires include Thomas Williamson (Director, A&R & Client Development, EU & UK); Sander Stijnen (Director, Business Development, EU); Romain Dilouya (Director, A&R & Client Development, EU); Henry Burke (Associate, A&R & Client Development, EU & UK); and Brunno Constante (Associate, A&R & Client Development, Portugal & Angola).
In addition, Gui Morais has been promoted to Manager, A&R & Client Development, EU.
Thomas Williamson comes to Symphonic from VIERLIVE, where he worked in A&R. He previously served as A&R and Head of Streaming at 3Beat Productions, and as a Senior Streaming Account Manager at Universal Music Group.
In 2024, he founded Ripe Records, an independent label based in Liverpool.
Sander Stijnen previously served as Head of Marketing at XITE, leading global music video marketing campaigns.
Prior to that, Stijen was at Warner Music Group, where he launched ADA in Benelux and later became Head of A&R, signing artists including Cho, Jinho 9, Kidd Keo, Bizzey, Dopebwoy, Mathieu Koss, Oualid, LASSA, and Kovacs.
Romain Dilouya previously served as International Territory Manager at Redeye Worldwide and Head of A&R at Kuroneko Media, where he led catalog development, label strategy, and international growth.
Henry Burke has a background in A&R, artist development, label management, and digital marketing.
Before joining Symphonic, he was a Senior A&R Manager at Liberty Music PR. He has worked with artists such as Dimitri Vegas, Greyson Chance, and Jax Jones.
Brunno Constante previously served as Sales Manager at Believe and previously held roles at ONErpm, Kondzilla, and MTV Brasil, specializing in sales, data, and strategic growth.
Gui Morais joined Symphonic in 2022 as an Account Manager for Europe and the UK, where he has “helped enhance the company’s regional presence and roster diversity.”
Morais is also a voting member of the Latin Grammy Awards.
The new team members will report to Symphonic’s Chief Creative Officer, Randall Foster, and VPs of A&R and Client Development, Oz McGuire and Jakub Alexander.
They will “work closely with artists and labels in their respective regions to provide tailored solutions for each market, ensuring each artist has the tools, insights, and strategies needed to grow.”

According to the company, these new hires “mark the latest phase of Symphonic’s growth,” and are part of a broader plan to bring in top talent from across Europe to expand the company’s global artist roster.
These hires are the latest development in a period of expansion for the company.
In April 2025, Symphonic hired BMG veteran Stephen Nightingale as Vice President, A&R and Business Development, Canada, to expand its presence in Canadian markets.
Founded in 2006 by music producer Jorge Brea, Symphonic Distribution offers a suite of services including a content management and distribution platform, global royalty collections, split payments, and label services.
In an MBW interview in 2022, Brea said that Symphonic aims to be “a true alternative” to traditional labels.
Symphonic’s roster of current and past artists includes Imogen Heap, Tokischa, Doechii, Surf Mesa, DJ Muggs of Cypress Hill, Daddy Yankee, Nicky Jam, Ozuna, El Alfa, Juan Luis Guerra, Onyx, Pi’erre Bourne, Nick Murphy/Chet Faker, Rob Garza of Thievery Corporation, CloZee, and Freddie Gibbs, among others.
