MANILA, Philippines–Strong Group Athletics-Philippines cruised to a 91–75 win over Australia in the 44th William Jones Cup on Wednesday at Xinzhuang Gymnasium.
The win pushed Strong Group Athletics to 4–0, keeping pace with unbeaten Bahrain in the standings.

Back from Athens, Kiefer Ravena returned with nine points, two assists, and two rebounds in his first game of the tournament.
“Glad to have Kiefer back—he’s my extension on the court,” said head coach Charles Tiu. “One of the smartest guys I’ve coached.”
Strong Group Athletics took control with a 21–9 run in the second quarter for a 47–30 halftime lead and never looked back.
“This was our best offensive game so far,” said Tiu. “Balanced scoring again—four down, four to go.”
Seven players scored in double figures. Andre Roberson led with 16 points, 12 rebounds, and six assists. Ian Miller and Tajuan Agee added 12 each, with Agee also pulling down 11 boards.
Ange Kouame had 11 points, Dave Ildefonso chipped in 10, and Javi Gomez de Liaño added eight points, eight rebounds, and three assists.
Gomez de Liaño also reunited on court with former UP teammate James Spencer, who had 11 points and six boards for Australia. Mac Stodart led the Aussies with 19.
Strong Group Athletics next faces Chinese Taipei White on Thursday at 5 p.m
