Patriot Growth Insurance partners with Legacy Insurance Solutions

Patriot Growth Insurance Services has joined forces with Florida-based Legacy Insurance Solutions, making it as a partner agency.

Set up in 2011 by Brandt Shapiro and Wade Shapiro, Legacy specialises in offering property and casualty insurance, as well as employee benefits.

Brandt Shapiro said: “Patriot offers the extensive resources and national reach we were looking for without compromising the local relationships and personalised service that define our agency.

“This partnership allows us to continue operating with the independence our clients expect while gaining access to tools, expertise, and support that will enhance what we can deliver.”

Patriot, which was founded in 2019, has been partnering with various employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the US.

The company employs more than 2,100 individuals and operates in over 100 locations across 28 US states. It is backed by investments from GI Partners and Summit Partners.

Patriot chief acquisition officer Steve Carroll stated: “Legacy exemplifies what we value in a partner – above-market organic growth, deep local relationships, and a true client-first mindset.

“Brandt and his team have built something special, and we’re thrilled to have them join Patriot.”

Last month, Patriot collaborated with Brennan & Company, a specialised insurance provider for the commercial marine sector, and E.T. Clauss & Co., a personal insurance agency.

E.T. Clauss & Co. will work closely with Promark Partners, another Patriot partner agency in Buffalo, New York, US.

This collaboration is intended to merge Clauss & Co.’s expertise in legal professional liability with Promark’s focus on Architects & Engineers insurance.

“Patriot Growth Insurance partners with Legacy Insurance Solutions ” was originally created and published by Life Insurance International, a GlobalData owned brand.
