After making a surprise run to the NFC Championship game last season, the Washington Commanders all of a sudden have Super Bowl aspirations. After falling to the eventual champion Philadelphia Eagles 55-23, they’re adding a veteran with Lombardi Trophy pedigree to their defense.
Von Miller, who spent the last three seasons with the Buffalo Bills and has two Super Bowl rings, is joining the Washington Commanders to a one-year contract. Miller recorded six sacks in 13 games in 2024-25 and was released by the Bills in March.
