The Pittsburgh Steelers added two prime weapons to their offense this offseason.

First, they traded for star WR D.K. Metcalf to be their new primary pass-catcher.

Then, they signed Aaron Rodgers in what might be his farewell tour.

However, one of their most notorious reinforcements might be on the team already.

WR Calvin Austin III has turned plenty of heads in the building during the offseason, and he looks ready to break out this season.

In a now-viral clip shared by Steelers Depot on X, Austin bragged about his insane athleticism by showing off his 50-inch vertical leap.

Austin will now have the best quarterback situation of his NFL career, and we’ve already seen what Aaron Rodgers can do.

He can thrive as a perennial big-play threat opposite Metcalf, and Rodgers always knows how to find his speedsters in the open field.

The Steelers made big moves and look like the type of team that firmly believes that they can make a legitimate postseason run.

Whether that’s the case or not, only time will tell.

But you don’t give up Minkah Fitzpatrick to land Jalen Ramsey and move on from George Pickens to land Metcalf unless you believe that’s the type of move that could put you over the top right away.

Austin has always shown glimpses and flashes.

And if they can get him to be a consistent contributor to their improved offense with Rodgers at the helm, they could certainly make some noise out of the AFC North.
