The 2025 NFL season is getting closer by the day, and the energy from fans, players, and analysts alike is palpable.
It might be hot outside in most of the country, but with football weather around the corner, there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
It’s at this point in the offseason when analysts make their predictions about the upcoming year.
Many of those analysts make money based on their takes, trying to prognosticate who will win each division, conference, and, of course, the Super Bowl.
There are plenty of other predictions in between there, and one of them revolves around Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals.
Cincinnati has been viewed as a top AFC roster for several years now, but besides their Super Bowl appearance and loss in 2021, this team hasn’t been able to take that next step.
With that in mind, analyst Joe Fortenbaugh believes Burrow has a lot of pressure on him this year, perhaps more than any other quarterback in the league.

Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase nearly willed the Bengals to a playoff berth last year, but it wasn’t in the cards.
Both players put the team on their backs but were unsuccessful in the end, putting that much pressure on them in 2025.
Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen are still out there for Burrow and the Bengals to contend with, and if he can’t get it done, their chances are slim against these two powerhouses.
Can Burrow rise to the occasion and deliver some big wins for the franchise?
