The NBA experiences certain recurring things every offseason: wild trades, endless speculation, and one major question.
Every year, people wonder how much longer LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers can play.
That question was everywhere on Tuesday because James shared a video of himself, via Hoop Central, on a practice court, looking like a man half his age.
He was moving with speed, power, and was sailing past plenty of other men on the court.
He doesn’t look like a man who will be 41 in only a few months.

He is about to start his 23rd season in the league, which is an astonishing feat that seemed improbable even a few years ago.
Last year, he produced 24.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.2 assists on 51.3 percent from the floor for his Lakers.
At this point, asking how much longer he can play seems silly because James isn’t going to follow any blueprint or plan laid before him.
Instead, he is going to devote himself to the game as long as he possibly can, not paying any attention to what other people think or say.
The last few weeks have seen a lot of rumors about James, with some people stating that he could be leaving the Lakers for another franchise, such as the Dallas Mavericks.
The fact that he is still such a high-value player for other teams is yet another testament to his power and place in NBA history.
Every season, people wait for James to slow down in a considerable and notable way.
That hasn’t happened, at least not yet, and Lakers fans are once again excited for the new season to begin.
