Luka Doncic Reportedly Has An Interesting Diet Amid Offseason

Luka Doncic of the Los Angeles Lakers has been taking his summer break seriously.

In the months since being eliminated from the playoffs, Doncic has been working hard at getting in the best shape possible for 2025-26.

A new photo shoot for Men’s Health showed a very ripped and lean Doncic, and now we are learning about the diet that got him that way.

According to Ballislife.com, Doncic has started doing intermittent fasting, designed to “limit inflammation and help his body recover better.”

“Six days a week, he chokes down two high-protein meals and one protein shake—and he doesn’t have that first meal until he’s crushed his 90-minute morning workout,” the report says.

Doncic might not be on the court right now, but the Lakers star is doing a lot.

This is music to the ears of all LA fans, who believe in Doncic, but still believe he can get in better shape.

There have been complaints about the way he treats his body for years, and they followed him from Dallas to Los Angeles.

The fact that he is trying something new and looks so great is a wonderful sign for the future of the Lakers.

A few things will happen before the new season starts: Doncic will play for his Slovenian team, and then he will likely sign a new deal with the Lakers.

He will also continue to improve his physicality, too.

That means that when 2025-26 kicks off, Doncic will look like a whole new man, one who is ready to fight hard through the regular season and the playoffs.

Have we finally heard the last of the complaints about his conditioning and diet?
