Reports: Colts, left tackle Bernhard Raimann agree to four-year, $100-million extension

The Indianapolis Colts have locked down their left tackle.

Bernhard Raimann and the team agreed to a four-year, $100-million extension with $60 million guaranteed, according to multiple reports.

NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo was first to report the deal. The contract ties Raimann as the fourth-highest paid left tackle in the NFL, per Over the Cap.

The Colts selected Raimann in the third round (77th overall) of the 2022 draft out of Central Michigan University. The 27-year-old, who hails from Vienna, Austria, has made 40 starts in 45 games over his three-year career.

According to Pro Football Focus, Raimann ranked 14th in pass blocking among all tackles and 10th in run blocking, while his overall grade of 85.1 was eighth-best.

The six-foot-six, 303-pound tackle now solidifies the left side of Indianapolis’ offensive line alongside All-Pro guard Quenton Nelson for the next few seasons.
