The ‘Four-home run games in MLB history’ quiz

Nick Kurtz is just 22 years old and has only played in 68 big league games. But one of those games just so happens to also be one of the best offensive performances in MLB history. On July 25 against the Houston Astros, the fourth-overall pick in the 2024 MLB Amateur Draft went 6-for-6 with four home runs, two doubles and eight RBI.

Kurtz became the youngest player ever to hit four homers in one contest, the youngest Athletic to ever drive in eight runs in a game and breaking the legendary Jimmy Foxx’s record as the youngest A with six hits in a single game.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Kurtz is just the 18th player in MLB’s Live-Ball Era to mash four dingers in a single game. With that being said, how many of the 18 Major League Baseball players in the Live Ball-Era (since 1920) can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
