Haydock Finance has appointed Emily Barnett as a senior underwriter in its credit team, focusing on structured finance deals.
With more than a decade of experience in the asset finance industry, Barnett joins Haydock after a tenure at Paragon Bank.
According to Haydock, her role will involve dealing with more intricate and higher-value financial arrangements.
Commenting on the appointment, Barnett said: “Haydock’s strong commercial appetite and emphasis on relationship building really stood out and made the decision to join a very easy one. I am looking forward to working with our introducers and helping to deliver long-term collaborative success.”

The company specialises in providing funding for various business assets with a range of financial solutions that include hire purchase, finance lease, refinance, growth guarantee scheme (GGS), and chattel mortgage.
The company’s financing solutions target buses and coaches, heavy commercial vehicles and trailers, cars and light commercial vehicles, agricultural and forestry equipment and others.
Haydock Finance also delivers vendor finance solutions aimed at facilitating business expansion and improving cash flow.
In June, Haydock Finance completed its third public securitisation, Hermitage 25, which involved the placement of £380m ($504.8m) in receivables into a public Asset-Backed Security (ABS).
In May, Haydock Finance observed an increase in asset finance transactions valued over £500,000, enhancing the structuring and execution of large-ticket funding.
