Happy 30th birthday to Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield! Despite being a former No. 1 overall draft pick, Mayfield is a great example of how persistence can pay off in the NFL. After being forced traded out Cleveland to make room for Deshaun Watson and then a failed stint with the Carolina Panthers, Mayfield has found himself a home in Tampa. 

Mayfield has made two Pro Bowls in two seasons with Tampa Bay, winning the NFC South last season.
