Yet again, the Buffalo Bills suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs this winter, and one has to wonder what they have to do in order to finally get over the hump and win their first Super Bowl championship.
One thing that will help the Bills next season is the fact that the rest of the AFC East division is looking lackluster, which should allow them to inflate their record and fight for home-field advantage as deep as possible in the playoffs.
Quarterback Josh Allen’s fiancee Hailee Steinfeld threw shade at the rest of the division by calling the other three teams in the division “the Bill’s three sons,” per Dov Kleiman.

In the AFC East, the New England Patriots are rebuilding, the New York Jets don’t have a quarterback now that they’re parting ways with Aaron Rodgers and the Miami Dolphins may end up trading star wide receiver Tyreek Hill.
Buffalo went 13-4 this season, which was by far the best record in the AFC East and the second-best record in the conference, and they went 5-1 versus the AFC East, with their only loss coming to the Patriots in Week 18 when they rested their regulars.
They need a top-option wide receiver, as well as some help for their defensive line and secondary, and they will need to act swiftly this offseason, because the Chiefs, who just lost in the Super Bowl, could be better next season.
