Deion Sanders continues to grab headlines, both on and off the gridiron.
The charismatic former NFL star turned University of Colorado head coach has been a media magnet since his coaching days at Jackson State.
Despite swirling rumors about taking the Dallas Cowboys’ coaching position last offseason, Sanders remained committed to Boulder, even as his son Shedeur departed for the NFL.
Now, Coach Prime is making news in the real estate world. Sanders recently put his massive Texas mansion on the market, turning heads with its impressive size and price tag.
“Deion Sanders is selling his 29,220 sq ft home in Texas for $5,500,000,” Bussin With The Boys shared on X.

The sprawling property in Prosper, Texas spans nearly 30,000 square feet and comes with a $5.5 million asking price.
With Sanders doubling down on his commitment to the Colorado Buffaloes program, it makes sense that he’s spending more time at his Boulder-area residence.
His Colorado home isn’t exactly modest either. The 6,457-square-foot mansion sits in Boulder County’s Meadow Farms neighborhood in Longmont and boasts luxury amenities including a stunning pool, wine room, and gym.
It’s become something of a family hub, with his children—Shedeur, Shilo, and Deion Jr.—frequently visiting.
The Sanders family gathered at their Texas estate during the NFL draft, hoping to celebrate Shedeur and Shilo being selected high in the draft.
When things didn’t unfold as expected, perhaps the family’s attachment to the property changed.
The Texas mansion has caught attention on social media, even earning a feature on the popular Zillow Gone Wild account.
With nine bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, the property offers plenty of space and luxury. Its impressive design elements include a dramatic floating double staircase, soaring ceilings, and elegant marble floors throughout.
As Sanders settles into his role with the Colorado Buffaloes for the foreseeable future, selling his Texas property signals his shifting priorities and geographical focus.
