The Gilas Pilipinas Youth team competes in the Fiba Under-16 Asia Cup Seaba qualifiers hosted by the Philippines from May 23 to 30 in Pampanga.
All games are to be held at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in San Fernando City.

Aside from the hosts, other participating nations are Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
The top two teams after the single round robin face off in the winner-take-all final on May 30. The rest of the teams battle for third and fifth places.
The tournament dangles a spot in the Fiba U16 Asia Cup in Mongolia in August.
Gilas Youth U16 is coached by Ginebra veteran guard LA Tenorio.
