Since it belongs to the highest Seed rarity, the odds of it being in the Shop stock are extremely low. You have a 1 in 5,000 chance of finding it in stock, which translates to a 0.02% probability.

This stock chance can be circumvented by purchasing it for 779 Robux, making it one of the most expensive premium Seeds in the game.

Note that since the Ember Lily is not restricted to any event, it can also be acquired via Lucky Harvests. A Lucky Harvest is a random occurrence where you receive a Seed from the Seed Shop upon harvesting a Fruit. That said, it is quite rare, and so, it’s not a reliable way to acquire the Ember Lily.
