MANILA, Philippines – After Alas Pilipinas women’s historic silver medal finish, the men take their turn in the AVC Volleyball Nations Cup, which will be held in Bahrain.
Alas men open their campaign in the continental championship on Tuesday.

The team hopes to continue its winning ways after sweeping in the three-day Invitationals.
The AVC Nations Cup is also part of Alas men’s buildup for the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship in September.
