Oilers believe Nugent-Hopkins will play Game 6 after missing practice

But head coach Kris Knoblauch told reporters that he believes Nugent-Hopkins will be able to play in Game 6.

The Oilers forward has been dealing with an undisclosed injury, but has appeared in all five games during the Stanley Cup Final against the Florida Panthers.

With Nugent-Hopkins unable to practice, Vasily Podkolzin skated on the top line with Connor McDavid and Connor Brown, while Jeff Skinner skated with Leon Draisaitl and Evander Kane.

In 21 games during the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Nugent-Hopkins has 20 points.

Back skating with the regulars was Kasperi Kapanen, who was taken out of the lineup in Game 5.
