The Indiana Pacers are now dangerously close to losing the NBA Finals, but they haven’t abandoned all hope.
In fact, Myles Turner sounds downright excited about Game 6, when everything will be on the line.
Following game 5, Turner spoke with Tomer Azarly about the road ahead.
“It’s the best time of the year, bro. We’re going back to Gainbridge, backs against the wall. It’s the type of stuff you dream of as a kid. I’m motivated,” Turner said, via ClutchPoints.

Their backs are definitely against the wall, and they have zero room for error.
Thankfully for the Pacers, they were able to win Game 1 on the road, which means they are coming back to a home crowd that is going to welcome them with open arms and loud cheers.
A lot of things will need to go right in order for the Pacers to win.
Firstly, Tyrese Haliburton cannot have another bad game.
His Game 5 performance left a lot to be desired, and he is currently hurt with a right calf injury.
He will need to look much better, or else the Pacers don’t have a strong chance.
Turner will have to do his part too.
He posted 13 points, five rebounds, one assist, and one steal.
As it has been before, the next game will have to be a team effort in many ways if the Pacers wish to win.
They have been underdogs all season, including during this series.
A lot of people believe they don’t have what it takes to come back from the deficit they’re in, but Turner is ready to prove them wrong.
