Rick Carlisle Reveals Tyrese Haliburton’s Status For Game 6

Tyrese Haliburton of the Indiana Pacers did not look like his regular self during Game 5 of the NBA Finals on Monday night.

He only produced four points, leading his team to a tough defeat.

With the Pacers now on the verge of elimination, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle talked about Haliburton after the game.

“He’s not 100%. It’s pretty clear. But I don’t think he’s gonna miss the next game,” Carlisle said, via NBA TV on X.

Throughout this series, Haliburton has been dealing with an injury and has been limping at times.

On Monday night, his right calf was sore and was preventing him from playing to the best of his ability.

At halftime, some fans were worried that Haliburton would be on the bench for the rest of the game, but he continued to play.

Sadly, he just didn’t play well.

Haliburton said that he plans to be in Game 6, and he is hoping that he feels and performs much better.

The Pacers absolutely have to win the next game or else their season is over, and they really need Haliburton to be in good shape.

An opportunity like this doesn’t come along often for most NBA stars, and Haliburton wants to make the most of it.

He knows that his team has always been seen as the underdogs, and he hopes to prove all of the critics wrong.

He himself has received his fair share of criticism and has been called overrated by some.

If he isn’t able to repair this injury and play better in Game 6, those claims against him will be louder.

The Pacers are in a hole, and they are desperate to win on Thursday.

If Haliburton isn’t feeling like himself, that may not be possible.
