Are the Pittsburgh Steelers back?
Many people seem to think so after their incredibly active offseason.
Mike Tomlin’s team has added several new faces, hoping to take the next step and get out of their rut of consecutive seasons without a deep playoff run.
Signing Aaron Rodgers was a big step for them, finding a veteran quarterback who will hopefully run the offense efficiently, but the Steelers also made multiple other moves that signal a changing of the guard.
With their surprising aggressiveness in mind, one NFL media observer believes the Steelers have rejoined the discussion as a marquee franchise.
“The Steelers’ flurry of win-now player moves are making them Must-See TV again,” Michael McCarthy of Front Office Sports wrote on X.
Move over Chiefs and Cowboys.

The Super Bowl days of Ben Roethlisberger are over, and the team looks a lot different than it did just last season, but change can be good if it can help them get over the hump.
Rodgers certainly brings a lot of drama to the table, but it helps drive narratives and keeps eyes focused on the Steelers.
Whether Pittsburgh can rise to the top of the AFC remains to be seen, but if the offseason hype is any indication, fans could be in for a real treat.
It will be interesting to see what happens with Rodgers and fellow high-profile newcomers D.K. Metcalf and Jalen Ramsey in town.
