Myles Turner Has Decided On His Jersey Number With Bucks

Myles Turner is ready to turn a corner and begin his time with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Not only will he experience a change of scenery with his move to the Bucks, but he will also change his jersey number.

According to Etienne Catalan, Turner has decided to wear No. 3 on his Bucks uniform.

That number was last used by Kevin Porter Jr. in 2025.

This really does mark a new beginning for Turner after 10 years of being loyal to the Indiana Pacers.

Turner was a vital part of the Pacers’ run to the Finals last season, although the team wasn’t able to get the title they desired.

Most people thought he would be back with Indiana next season and even predicted the Pacers would go into the luxury tax for the first time in years in order to keep him.

But that didn’t happen, and they let him walk to a new team.

Thankfully for Turner, it’s a team that is always in the conversation for the best squad in the East.

Does this mean he will be coming back to the NBA Finals again next year?

That’s the plan for Turner, who is hoping to make a lot of noise.

The pairing of him with Giannis Antetokounmpo could be really explosive and might give the Bucks the upper hand over the rest of their conference.

The East could be wide open in 2025-26.

Jayson Tatum and Tyrese Haliburton are hurt, and multiple other teams are making changes that might require time to produce exciting outcomes.

The Bucks may have a path to a championship, and Turner is hoping to be a part of it.
