Details Emerge About How Much Derrick Henry Spends On His Body

The Baltimore Ravens rolled the dice when they signed Derrick Henry last offseason.

It didn’t take long before he proved to be a bargain deal.

While some thought he was about to decline, he proved them wrong by having one of the best seasons of his career.

And judging by his workout and dietary regime, that’s not that much of a surprise.

As shown by Dov Kleiman on X, the former Tennessee Titans and Alabama star spends $250,000 a year on his body, and it has certainly paid off.

His diet includes no dairy, no gluten, no fried foods, no artificial sugars, and he fasts until 4 or 5 PM every single day during the season.

It takes a special kind of discipline to stand out from the rest of the pack in the National Football League, and Derrick Henry is more than willing to pay that price, both literally and figuratively.

That’s what it takes for a 6-foot-2, 247-pound bulldozer to not only stay sharp and at the top of his game but also to avoid injury despite all the wear and tear he has to endure year in and year out.

Henry dominated last season with 325 rushing attempts for 1,921 rushing yards and 16 rushing touchdowns.

He also hauled in 19 receptions for 193 receiving yards and two scores, averaging more than one touchdown per game.

He allowed Lamar Jackson to keep his legs fresh and took the Ravens’ offense to a whole new level.

So, even though he’s spent plenty of cash to stay healthy, that investment has most definitely paid him way more money in the long run.
